Grow Strong Together – Infant Development Center-Based Program:

Grow Strong Together is a multidisciplinary program for children ages eighteen to thirty-six months.  The program, led by our speech, physical and occupational therapists  is designed to foster progress in the areas of communication, socialization, motor skills, adaptive skills, and cognition.  Our specialized classrooms are specially designed to prepare each of our clients for future social, developmental, and academic success.   Each day, children participate in a schedule of tailored play-based activities designed to target specific goals in each area of need.  A typical day includes social play, circle time, obstacle courses, climbing gym, art, sensory exploration, and snack time.

The program runs every day Monday through Saturday from 9:00 am until 12:00 noon for 3 hours.  The clients are expected to arrive to the clinic sharply at 9 am and the parents will be expected to pick up their children at 11:40.  The teachers or/and therapist will provide parents with feedback about child’s performance after each class for 5 minutes after which staff will perform cleaning of the classroom and the equipment and take notes for the remaining 15 minutes.
